.com to .org transfer

  Hello, I recently purchased the premium WordPress package for my website. It’s being hosted by you guys. However, I wanted a developer to create my site. I was just told that they will need it to be transferred to .org. I was wondering if you guys could help me do that. I have no data on my site so there’s no need for a backup or anything. I’m just learning about the different between .com and .org

  If you have no content to move then all you can move is the domain midiasinlimites.com See: https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/
  How long ago did you purchase a Premium plan? You can only receive a refund for that if it was purchased less than 30 days ago. I’ve tagged this thread to ask a member of staff to advise you further.

  Hi @pabloteran33, I don’t see a premium purchase associated with this account.

  Here’s what I recommend:

  – Log into the correct account
  – Contact support via http://wordpress.com/help/contact

  That way you can discuss your best options based on domain age, etc.

  If you don’t know what username to log in with, send us a link to the site and we’ll look up the account for you. Cheers!
