.com to .org transfer before 60 days – help!

  Hi there,

  I have a wordpress.com account with my blog.

  I’d like to transfer it to a .org account for plug-ins.

  I’ve therefore:

  1) bought a domain from wordpress – thelostfoundgirl.me
  2) subsequently redirected my domain name servers from wordpress to blue host, (which I’ve also signed up to) – as 60 days are not up yet, and so I cannot transfer my domain.
  3) I have imported my blog onto my account at blue host using the one click install.

  4) I am still lost – as I cannot scroll down my dashboard and find ‘plugins’, and therefore I suspect my account has not transferred yet.

  Also, there is mention of a pre-requisite to have a blog up and running on wordpress.org first – I can log onto wordpress.org, but there are no apparent options for me to recreate and run a blog with this software.
