  Hi, I’m having some problems adding a new domain for my blog. I just recently bought the domain codigofuenteweb.com.ar and when I try to add it as a new domain it keeps telling me that the domain is not registered.

  I followed all the steps on the “Use a Domain You Already Own” section (updated the DNS settings) but I keep getting the same message and cannot go to the payment screen.

  What else do I need to do?

  Hi there,

  I’ve mapped the domain for you. You’ll still need to do a few things:

  1) Purchase the subscription here by renewing:
  https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades

  2) Point the domain to our name servers:

  ns1.wordpress.com
  ns2.wordpress.com
  ns3.wordpress.com

  3) After giving that a few hours to take effect, set the domain as primary under https://wordpress.com/my-domains
