combatting hack

    My agnellusmirror site has been hacked. Random images of scantily clad women appear associated with adverts. I have been advised: If you didn’t put them there then it would be likely your install has been hacked so you will need to change all passwords for users on the site, update wordpress and or any plugins to the latest versions, then find and remove all of the advertising codes for it to stop. But I cannot see where to start! Thank you.
