Combination of Post and Pages?

    How can I have 1 specific post one the top of a page? I know you can do it through a self hosted site – but is it possible on wordpress.com?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi Michael – you can enter any text you would like on a page, so if you just want one post there, just enter that content in the page instead.

    If you’d like to have different types of posts post to different pages, though, you can set up category menu tabs, as described here: Category Pages

    Finally, if you want to stick a certain post to the top of your posts page, you can mark it as sticky:
    Post Visibility
