Combine read/feed with current account?

  Sorry if this is a bit confusing. I own the website https://www.otakuhistoryguy.com/. It’s an external site not hosted on WordPress.com, but I’m still able to generate a WordPress.com Reader Feed for my blogroll, as seen here: https://wordpress.com/read/feeds/136350551. My question is if I can link that feed to this account, so that people can see it when I use my WordPress.com account to like or comment on posts. Thanks for any help!
