combining two separate wordpress blogs

Hello im very new here,
I created two blogs yesterday using two separate email accounts (one business one personal) so I have two separate wordpress accounts.
now using my worpress app, I realised i could have created them both using just one account and kept them a bit easier to view.
is there a way of combining them without deleting one and re setting it up again?
I hope that made sense

Are you referring to two .wordpress.COM blogs? if the answer is yes then read on and act on what I post below.
The email address registered with your WordPress.com username account is your unique identifier. Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and their associated email address.

You must log out and clear your browser cache and cookies before logging in under another username account.
