Combining two site or that have been developed on apparently two different WP designer apps.

  I have two accounts. One that was set up by a developer and they used complex code to attempt (failed) to develop a site to my liking. In the meantime, I opened a WordPress account to see just how difficult it was t do this. The second account (mine) seemed manageable to work with, so I asked the previous developer to send me all the loggin information for where there were working so mI could look at it myself. WELL, I don’t know how to open ‘their Site work’ in the login ‘site development site’ where I found it fairly easy to work with. Is it possible (and how) to open ‘their WP work’ in ‘my WP designer?’
