Combining Two WordPress Blogs?

  Hi, I have two blogs currently on wordpress (non-premium) and I want to combine them into one blog. Is this possible? I am eventually looking to upgrade this one blog with all the content together into a premium blog.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
