I wanted do-follow because I entered a writing contest for bloggers and the contest has this condition among others. Dofollow comments.
So, in order to install plugin I need to choose a Business Plan? Any of the three? Personal will be okay for what I need?
Also, when I write articles I need to be able to insert do-follow links. The same question: Personal as a Business Plan is good enough for this purpose? -
