Comics custom post type is not working

I have a local installation of wordpress.
I’ve installed the Jetpack plugin, activated the JETPACK_DEV_DEBUG option in my wp-config.php file, and activated the Custom Content Type setting. I’ve also added and activated the Panel theme, and still the comic custom post type doesn’t appear on my dashboard. Why can’t I see it?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I agree that contacting Jetpack support to troubleshoot this issue is probably the best way to go.
This is where the Comics CPT should be appearing in your admin menu, just so you know exactly where to look:
