Coming from a self-hosted wordpress site

    Hi,
    I had a wordpress blog being hosted by another hosted (WebHost Hub).
    This hosting expired on 14th October 2015, since this time I have been unable to access the wordpress site dashboard etc. I assume this is due to the expired hosting??
    I am wanting to transfer this site to a wordpress hosted free site.
    How do I do this?
    The email connected with the originally self-hosted site has expired also.
