  Why does my site say ‘coming soon’
  also how can my site show up as the sub domain ‘blog.BriannaAntionette.com’

  Hi there,

  All WordPress.com sites are created in Coming Soon mode. Once you’re ready for other people to see your site, you can launch it from Settings ->General.

  https://wordpress.com/en/support/settings/privacy-settings/#launch-your-site

  To have your site appear at blog.BriannaAntionette.com, you first need to own the root domain, BriannaAntionette.com.

  Wherever you have that domain registered, you’ll need to add a CNAME record pointing blog to briannaantionette352933178.wordpress.com. Then here on our end, upgrade your site to a paid plan, and add our domain connection upgrade:
