  Hello I have a website on wordpress.com. It says coming soon. When I go to settings then general and scroll down I cannot find where to change from coming soon to public or private, Help

  Hello there,

  Did you launch your site already from My Site>Manage >Settings and select Launch Site?

  The privacy settings will only be visible to you once the launch has been successful.
