  Can I add a coming soon plugin if I have the free wordpress site? Or do i need a premium or business website?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi poeticallywalking,

  In order to install a plugin you will need a Business Plan.

  However, you could just create yourself a static Coming Soon page and set it as your Front page.

  Hello there, Another option is to set your site Visibility to Private until you are ready to go live. Here’s how you can do that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  You can also make a static front page as @elizazh suggested, but then make all your changes to your site in the Customizer and save them as a DRAFT. The changes won’t be made live on your site until you hit the Publish button. https://en.support.wordpress.com/customizer/ This should also keep your work in progress site changes from being indexed by search engines.
