coming soon page

    I have been working on a website and through my inexperience it has become live. How can I replace it with a coming soon page? I have downloaded a simple page I like but can’t figure out how to post it.

    Hi there,

    On what site are you working? The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com.

    If you’re using the open source WordPress software at another host, please ask for help from the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums instead.

    You’ll need to install a maintenance mode plugin to take the site back offline if your host doesn’t offer a way to un-launch it.
