Command failed; Maintenance in progress

    I want to transfer this domain to wordpress, but it shows: Command failed; Maintenance in progress.

    Website is ruoshuimanhai.com

    this is what i get from siteground:

    Anita P.: Alright so the domain status is ok, which means the domain has been unlocked for transfers, it has been bought longer than 60 days ago and you have the EPP code so everything from our end is set properly for the transfer and what causes this error should be checked with WordPress

    Paul Xu: double check, from my side: turn off registerar lock, get the EPP code, and copy it in wordpress, then system tells me: Command failed; Maintenance in progress. So it should be checked with WP, nothing to do with siteground, right?

    Anita P.: Yes indeed, as from our end everything is set properly and I was not able to locate anything out of the ordinary

    Hi there,

    As that message said, at the time you tried to transfer our domain provider was busy with scheduled maintenance.

    That maintenance has since ended, so you will be able to start the transfer now.
