Commas in Keyword Phrases with Yoast

    Anyone know how to place commas in Yoast’s keyword phrase without it thinking I’m trying to insert multiple phrases? For example, I have a travel blog and need my phrase to be [city, country]. I know this is less WP and more Yoast, but any assistance would be greatly appreciated! I’m wanting to avoid having to pay for another Premium version of something, if possible!
