    Hi there,

    It may be that you have comments disabled. You can enable comments by going to My Site > Manage > Settings > Discussion and changing your settings there. Make sure to save any changes you make.
    You may have disabled comments for the particular post/page that you are referring to. You can check this by going to My Site > Site > Pages/Posts, finding the page/post, opening the Document Settings (the cog symbol in the top right-hand corner), and under Discussion there is an option to allow comments.
    If you’ve tried this and it still doesn’t work, please share the URL of the page/post you are referring to; this will help us fix the problem.
