  why dont i see any comment box after each of my article

  Hello @somense!

  The comments area is not displayed on the homepage, but it gets visible once you click on every single article.
  So, if you click on the first entry on your homepage, खुशी का महत्व …., it leads you to the specific post’s page.
  By scrolling down the page you will find the comment box.

  Yes, unless you decide to hid the comments, all the comments are visible to everyone.

  You can also hide/block comments for specific posts while leaving the comments on other posts visible. If you go on Dashboard>Post>All Posts and select the Quick Edit option, you can tick or un-tick the Allow Comments entry (on the far right of the box). That enables or disables the comments section on single posts.
