  Hello there,

  Can you please share the URL of the website you need help with?

  It can be that commenting is disabled on your Discussion settings.

  For future posts:

  You can enable/disable comments on future posts in your Discussion settings under My Site(s) → Settings. Next, click on the Discussion tab.

  Under “Default article settings,” toggle on or off the option to “Allow people to post comments on new articles.”

  For posts that you have already published:

  You can enable/disable comments on a post you’ve already published by going into your post’s Discussion options.

  • Go to My Site(s) → Posts or Pages and select the post or page you want to enable (or disable) comments on.
  • In the settings sidebar, find and open the Discussion tab.
  • Select Allow Comments to enable comments, or deselect the option in order to disable comments.

  On Pages, comments are disabled by default, but you can enable them when publishing a new page or editing an existing one in the same location.
