Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

Hi there,
Comments normally appear right after the blog post text, along with the commenter’s name, the date, and the time they left the remark, on your site.
The comments posted on your blog using the contact form are known as feedbacks.
Hope this helps!

Hi there,
Feedbacks are the responses that are collected when user submit a message via your contact form and can be only viewed in the WP.com dashboard.
But I am tagging “modlook” to this post so that HE from WordPress.com can confirm this.
Hope this helps!

Not staff here, but yes, feedback only appears in your site dashboard (and sent to you by email) and isn’t displayed publicly.
Can you explain what you want to do with the feedback you receive? Do you want to have them appear on your site as Testimonials? https://wordpress.com/support/testimonials/

Thanks.
Yes, I want to have this positive feedback appear in my website. I have not upgrade of my website, I don’t know if this Testimonials function in my website?

If this is for wishcotrue.wordpress.com then, yes, you have the ability to add Testimonials. No upgrade needed. The support guide I linked to explains more about this.
But let me mention one thing. If you are using the information gathered from the contact form for the purpose of posting it on your site as Testimonials, you should mention that on the contact page, if you haven’t already, so your site visitors are aware of that.
Another way to post “testimonials” on that page is to remove the contact form and only allow comments. That way you can treat them as comments and they will be visible to your site visitors after approval. Comments on Pages are usually turned off by default, so you would have to enable it by editing your Page>Discussion and ticking the box to allow comments. More on that here: https://wordpress.com/support/comments/#on-a-post-or-page
Hope that helps.

Hi Justjennifer
I found ‘Testmonials’ and has it on the left side list, but I am not sure what is the function of that? How can I put it in my contact form? I am still learning how to do the website, it is quite interesting.
Thanks.

Hello again. You’ll need to copy the submissions you receive through the Contact page and paste it in the Testimonial form. Once you’ve done that, you can add a separate Testimonials page to your site.
Read through each section of the Testimonials support guide I linked to earlier. It explains this in detail.
And of course let people know what is being done with their contact form submission. :)

HI Justjennifer
Thanks for your messages. I can find “Testimonials’ now and put in my left side bar. By the way, I find the ‘Testimonials’ is just like the ‘Pages’, it look like that I can add new page then copy and paste the feedbacks on it.
Of course I would not do that as your advice that I should let people know before.
Thanks again.
