Comment and Heading not displaying properly
-
Hi
I bought the customization upgrade yesterday and made this change to the CSS:.hentry .entry-meta .comments {
color:#75B103;
}.hentry .entry-meta .comments a {
color:#75B103;
}.hentry .entry-meta .cat-links a:hover {
color:#75B103;
}a:hover {
color:#75B103;
}All looked fine immediately afterwards but today the Comments and Heading do not display properly

Can you be a little more specific? I’m seeing the comments link in the green, and seeing the date hover color in green, but the category links (non-hover) are still the original grey.

I’m shutting down in just a few minutes, so I’ll take a guess that the following is what you want.
Post title (non-hover):
.entry-title a { color: #75B103; }Category link (non-hover) in metadata:
.hentry .entry-meta .cat-links a { color: #75B103; }Great logo by the way.

Thanks thesacredpath.
The problem that I am seeing is that only half (the top half) of Comments and the Heading display.
This is in Chrome and I just checked Firefox and its even worse!
But its fine in Explorer.
I’m a newbie to CSS so just using trial and error but suspect I’ve made a mistake that’s leading to the display problem.
Not sure whether your code will make a difference but will try.
Any other suggestions welcome.

Can you take a screen shot, upload it to media > add new, get the URL and paste it here in the forum so we can take a look?
I’m looking at your site in Firefox 13 right now and do not see this issue, and do not see it in Safari either.

Ah, that might be the problem. Check the version of Chrome as well and upgrade if necessary.

Mine looks fine in Firefox 13.
Chrome is up to date so it looks like its just a chrome issue.
Perhaps I’ll report it to the theme developers.
Thanks for your help and sorry to trouble you.

Chrome has that frantic development cycle, so you can look forward to a whole host of bugs on a regular basis.
I’ve convinced all my web clients to use either Firefox or Safari because I’m tired of getting emails and phone calls about Chrome bugs, and it is never an issue with their sites, it is always an issue with Chrome.

You are welcome. Chrome updates seemed to be less buggy in the past than they have the past year or year and a half. It’s a pity.
