Comment and Like Button are not appearing

    My blog use to have “Leave a reply” at the top of each post for comments. Now it is gone. I would like to have a “leave a comment” section at the bottom of each post along with a “like” button. I’ve tried to fix this with screen options. I’ve looked at Settings>>Discussions. Both of these seem okay to me (I’m fairly new, so maybe they aren’t okay) and I don’t know how to fix this. Any help would be appreciated :-)
