  Is there a way to access a history on approved users? I’m trying to audit approval of a comment.

  Not really. But if you click on the user’s IP address, it’ll show if they’ve had previously approved comments under that IP. Also, there’s a search bar at top right of comments page. You could search by username to see if there’s previous comments.
