Comment approval before posting

  I need to approve of comments before they are posted. I cannot find how to change this. I used to receive notification for approval before comments were posted. I primarily use the WordPress app. Can you give me specific instructions on how to manage this feature? Thank you!

  go to settings -> discussion
  towards the bottom look for:

  Before a comment appears
  Comment must be manually approved
  Comment author must have a previously approved comment

  uncheck those boxes.
