comment box

I’ve set up my account and posted but there is no ‘Reply’ box unless you click on the name of the blog to the right. Is this the way it should be? Everything i’ve read seems to indicate the box would be at the bottom of my post.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Click the post title or the comment bubble and note that the comment box appears when posts are displayed on their own page.

By default comments are enabled on all WordPress blogs for all posts and pages. Unless you use the P2 theme which is a Twitter-like theme, know that the front pages of our blogs “showcase content” and comments are collapsed on that page. You cannot change this. The way the comments function is coded into the core of WordPress. By clicking the post title or the comments link the posts on the front page open on their own page where all comments display.

The reason for this is clear if your are a long time blogger like I am with nearly 900 posts. Imagine being a visitor visiting a blog with hundreds of posts each with and many comments displayed beneath them. One would have to scroll for miles and readers simply won’t do that – they will click out.

    Timethief,

Thanks, I finally figured this one out when I accidentally clicked the shadow image by the title.

I have another question: When setting up my book for kindle I’ve been trying to put in the TOC. Nothing shows up in y print window. Does it only showup in Kindle mode and do I need to include a printed out TOC?

    Any help will be appreciated.
