Comment box appearing in posts
-
Dear WordPress Team,
The comment section available at the bottom of every post is not showing up on the web version of my blog.
People are able to post comments via the WordPress reader however the same has not been possible on the website directly via phone, tablet or laptop.
I have checked all all the settings as suggested, the allow comment option is on for all my post, both in the discussion setting on the overall website and for each individual post.
Requesting you help in solving this issue.
Thanks and Regards.

This appears to be theme-related since the Creatio theme’s demo https://creatiodemo.wordpress.com/ also doesn’t display a comment box on blog posts.
To add a comment box, you’ll want to add it to the blog post template you’re using. Here’s how you can do that.
Use the Comments block to display a comments section on your site, encouraging discussions and feedback from your readers. This guide will show you how to use this block when creating your website. Add the Comments Block The Comments block should already exist in your template. You may wish to add the block if creating your own template or if you accidentally removed the block from a templAlternatively, you might consider switching to at theme where the comment area displays by default.
Post back here if you have other questions or need more help.
