Comment box does not show up

Hi, I created a blog https://viagenscomumaguia.com/
From the start, there was never a comment box visible, so I installed Comment Fields from WP, everything is installed, enabled, but for some reason, the comment box simply won’t show up.
I have no idea how to solve this. -

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
