  When I want to post a comment from my blogs Notifications – nothing happens – my replay are not being sent.

  I would first suggest clearing your browser’s cache, or trying a new browser:

  Make sure that you have third-party cookies enabled:

  Ensure all browser extensions or add-ons are temporarily disabled.

  Finally, try enabling HTTPS: http://en.support.wordpress.com/https/
