Comment box has disappeared

  My readers keep complaining that the comment box is no longer accompanying my post.this started happening when i changed the default theme of my blog.could it be connected? If yes,any help?

  It seems like you’ve been overriding your site-wide comment settings on individual posts:

  

  New posts will automatically have comments enabled unless you disable them via the post’s Discussion module.
