    Hello there,

    Please share your site (yoursite.wordpress.com) address. So that we can check the output and help you further 😉

    Additionally:
    If you have these options, enable, then the comment box. should auto-populate for any post, page on the frontend
    1. Enable Comment from the backend post/page Discussion meta box- http://prntscr.com/wdozvn
    2. You will also get the global comment/discussion settings from here – http://prntscr.com/wdp0wl

    I hope this will helps.
    Happy new year 😀

    Hello, all comments are on. The site in question is a3techworld.com.

    It’s impossible to leave a comment when viewing the website on mobile phones.

    Hi again,

    I can see, as a guest user, your JetPack comments option (Submit button) is going to out of the visible content (staying on the below). Because your other existing user input field (mainly comment box-Textarea field) is getting height maximum height for the mobile/responsive device, that’s why the “Post Comment” submit button is going out of focus.

    To make it visible, you have to inject some CSS to adjust the view (use Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS) for mobile/responsive devices output. If alls well, the output should look like this- http://prntscr.com/wdu6q3.

    @media only screen and (max-width: 600px) {
    	#comment-form-comment textarea {
    		height: 25px !important;
    	}
    	#comment-form-nascar {
    		margin: -5px 0px -5px 0px;
    	}
    	#respond #comment-form-subscribe {
    		margin-top: 3px;
    	}
    }

    Heads Up:

    My above CSS is shared based on the frontend inspection.

    I highly recommend you contact JetPack support or as it seems you are a paid user.
    You can also contact WordPress support from here for live chat/support as a pro user- https://wordpress.com/help/contact. I believe they will provide you a better solution if I’m wrong, anyhow.

    I hope this will helps.
    Cheers!
