Comment box not appearing under latest post

  Hi,

  For the first time my latest post doesn’t have the comment box appearing below it even though the comments function is enabled.

  After posting a comment under Edit function of the post, my comment appears but it states ‘Comments are closed’ beneath it though it should not be so.

  Can this glitch be fixed please?

  Hi again

  Seemed to have resolved it…strangely enough i checked under Quick edit and found that the comments were not enabled.

  First time this has happened — all other posts by default have comments enabled under quick edit even current draft posts.
