  For some reason, there is no option to comment on my organization’s blog. I have reviewed the following links for support (http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/#other-comment-settings) and (http://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-disable-comments/) to make sure that the appropriate options are selected, but nothing has worked. What am I missing?

  http://www.aiapv.org/ is not a wordpress.com blog. It is not even WordPress.org. We cannot help you with it at all.
