Comment box not showing

  Hey, so I turned off my comments or removed the comment section, I don’t even remember cause it’s been so long. However, I’m trying to change it cause someone wants to comment but I can’t find the setting and I don’t know how to enable the comment box at the bottom of posts. Please help
