comment box on logo page

I uploaded a logo to use in the browser tabs. There’s an automatic page made that had comments, site admin extra. All sorts of extra stuff I don’t want or need. The page isn’t listed on my site, but I’ve still received 2 comments. Obviously not from real people since they wouldn’t be able to find it. On the Edit page I’ve turned off all screen options but the comment box etc. are still there. How do I remove them? thanks

What is the URL of the site with the problem?

It looks like https://cdymond.net/ is a self-hosted WordPress site with Bluehost, which is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
You would need to reach out to your theme/plugin developers or the hosting provider for further assistance.
