  how do i reduce the comment box size in my contact form?

  Hi, you would need to upgrade to the WordPress.com Premium Plan, which includes the Custom Design feature where we can use CSS to change the size of the comment box on the contact form. Due to the way you have arranged the other elements on the page, we would have to use at least a few Media Queries in order to keep it looking right on narrower screens/windows.
