Comment Buttons Missing

  Hi there,
  I’m a bit confused about comments on my blog. There are no comment buttons showing up anywhere on pages and I’m wondering if I have fiddled with the settings and can’t find a way to get it back or if it was never there in the first place from when I set it up. Please help. Thanks
