  Well, I’m wondering if comment contests are really against the wordpress rules. Because, I usually see like tons of sites each day that has them. Thanks for all your help! ;-)

  Thanks! So, it’s against rules. My final question, is it okay to have a picture contest. Here’s how it works:
  I choose a picture, post it on my site, and then people comment guessing what they think it is. Would that be ok?

  Yes, that’s okay. People do that all the time.
