  I posted a comment with Mike’s Take On The Movies, a few minutes ago, but it did not go through, in spite of my having logged in with WordPress.

  Hi,

  If you’re commenting on someone else’s site, you may need to wait for them to approve it before it appears.

  Blog owners are in complete control of the comments left on their blog. Including approval and moderation of comments.

  Hi carledwardendicott,

  Can you send a link to the post you commented on? As @catkiinson mentioned, blog owners have complete control over the comments on their site so we can’t make any changes or approve your comment on their behalf.

  It’s also worth noting that comments won’t appear on a site straight away if the blog owner has comment moderation turned on — in which case the comment needs to be manually approved before it shows on the site.
