Comment Display Error

Alright, I was trying to fix this over and over through different help articles and whatnot, but none of them seem to address my particular problem.
My problem is this: When people comment on my site, the comments, when approved, appear as my own comment. At least with my username beside it. When you hover over the avatar, it shows that it is indeed for the actual commenter, but the name beside it is still mine.
What gives? How do I fix this? Otherwise it looks as if I am just going insane, talking to myself in the comments. I have already changed the settings for future comments not needing approval, but there are still the ones that are not approved that seem to be myself talking to myself.
