Comment edting feature request

  I would like to see commenters be able to edit their comments. It is very frustrating to find a typo after you have submitted a comment and not be able to fix it. I can edit as an administrator but I am not keen on editing other folks comments.

  Maybe something with a time limit of 30 minutes would be possible?
