comment email notification not working

    Aloha,
    I would really appreciate some help with this. I have the Settings>Discussion check boxes selected to be notified by email whenever a comment is posted to our contact us page.

    I do not receive any emails when a new comment is awaiting approval. (yes, I have checked the SPAM folder)

    -For my main admin I have the emails set for my office email,
    -I have another account as admin set up for the other gift basket workers set to forward to info@my domain.com, which is set to forward to the office email they regularly monitor
    -For the sake of science I set up my gmail account as an admin and set comments to forward to the @gmail address

    None of these receive email when a comment is posted. :(

    please help
