Comment Error Message

Hello,
My website is having some major issues when readers leave comments. They are currently getting error messages even though the comment comes through on my end for moderation. HELP!
The messages are as follows:

This is not a self hosted website. It is a WordPress.com site hosted thru Blue Host. The website in question is wanderlocity.com

Sites hosted on Bluehost are self-hosted WordPress.org. You might have connected it to your WordPress.com account using JetPack plugin
As @assadaboultaif suggested, this forum is for WordPress.com hosted sites exclusively.
Suggest you visit the support forums at https://wordpress.org/support/
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are little different and can be confusing. Take a look at the difference between both at https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
