How can I remove the fill-in details asking people for their name, email & website whenever they leave a comment? Or can I edit it at all?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Your site is public and everyone with internet access can view it. They are not asked to log in unless they try to leave a comment. At that point only a valid email address is required.
The vast and overwhelming majority of all so-called information on the internet is spam. Over 80% of all so-called comments submitted to .wordpress.com blogs every day are spam. Setting up anonymous commenting will result in much more spam.
Spam comes in waves. There are human beings who get paid to post spam. There are robotic programs that post spam. Setting up anonymous commenting is akin to throwing down a welcome mat to spammers and phishers and all their buddies too, as they sell URLs and email addresses to each other for spamming and phishing purposes.
This page > Settings > Discussion is where you set up defaults for comments.

Other comment settings
_Comment author must fill out name and e-mail
_Users must be registered and logged in to commentNote that the prompt to submit and email address and a website URL will still appear, but providing an email address and logging in are not required, and you cannot change this so the prompt does not appear.
You can post instructions for your visitors in a text widget if you wish to set up anonymous commenting. That’s easy to do. You can copy and paste this into a text widget:
Readers: Note that the email address and logging in prompts do appear for comments on this blog, but providing an email address and logging in are not required.
Advice: Please be sure to set up full comment moderation on your own blog ie. “An administrator must always approve the comment” because anonymous commenting is bound to increase the amount of spam your blog will receive.

Note that there will be auto-filled information in a contact form or a comment box but your information is visible to you when you are logged in and have not cleared your browser cache and cookies. No one else can see it.
When someone makes a comment on your blog, unless they have cleared their cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies, WordPress.com will recognize them and complete the details for them. No one else will be able to view those details in comment boxes or in contact forms. The next person who comments will see blank fields. Commenters will not see each others details.
Additional information:
There is an Admin Edit link on posts and pages that only you as Admin and any Editors you have created can see when you are logged in. It’s for your convenience and your visitors cannot see it. You cannot remove it as it’s coded into the theme templates and we cannot edit templates or themes. The only people who can edit your site are those you provide that ability to. See here https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/ and here please https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-notifications/
If you log out, clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then visit your site without logging in that links will not appear to you.

Try to go to:
- Go to the Discussion Settings page.
- Select your site to open the Discussion settings tab.
After that, disable “Comment author must fill out name and e-mail”.
