Comment flood

  Somebody is overflooding my comments with pieces text that he is copying and pasting in an high speed tempo. He is using an different ip and emailadress and posts them in an frequentie of 8 to 10 comments a minute. How can I stop it without turning comments off? Help!

  If he’s using the same username, just put it in the Moderation box under Settings->Discussion.

  This guy is using different names, IP’s and mailadresses. But you can see it’s the same person; he’s posting stories from another websites that he copies and pastes. The posts are quiet long too.

  I’ve managed to mark all 450 comments as spam and as long as it takes I have to do that. I guess it’s the only way to get a end of it….

  One mailadress that’s popped out frequently is: @spamavert.com
