Comment form doesn't appear at bottom of post

Comment form does not appear at bottom of post unless visitor selects Leave Comment button located at top of post. The comment settings are enabled. I purchased Custom Design to try relocating the Leave Comment button at the end of my posts, but am unable to do that either. Visitors can’t leave a comment unless they go back to the top of my post and find the button, which they don’t do. Help! I get likes, but no comments.

The comment form does not appear on my static Home page, but does appear correctly on my sub-pages. It does not appear on any of my posts, which are each associated with a category page. Please help!

It appears that you’re not linking to an individual post on your home page menu, but instead a category archive page. The comment form will not show up on those types of pages.
For example, I clicked on the “4 – Grandpa’s Secret” link from your homepage and it too me to this URL:
http://1950suburbanadventures.wordpress.com/category/1-exposed-1950-1954/4-grandpas-secret/As you can see, this is a category archive page listing. If you click the “Grandpa’s Secret” link on that page right under “Category Archives: 4 – Grandpa’s Secret”, you are taken to the actual post page:
http://1950suburbanadventures.wordpress.com/2013/03/27/grandpas-secret/Alternatively, clicking the “leave a comment” link from the category archive page also takes you to the actual post page and down to the comments section.
With regards to comments not showing up on your main homepage, the static front page for this theme is not designed to have comments enabled, despite the settings you have set for that page.
