Comment form in every page

  Hello,
  I want remove the comment form from every page.
  Is it possible ?
  I follow the suggest from the forum editing the dicussion module, but nothing happen.

  Someone can help me ?

  This page > Settings > Discussion
  Discussion settings is where you set up defaults for comments.

  We can also override the default settings and enable or disable future comments on any individual post or page.

  Note: By default, new blogs on WordPress.com will have the Discussion hidden.   I have followed the instructions and have tried to disable/erase the ‘comment form’ box. Nothing works. I removed the clicks from the pages. Nothing. It is still there. How do I get rid of that box?
