Comment issue

  I have a friend who comments regularly, but now her comments keep going to spam. Is there a way to fix this problem?

  Hi there, could you please ask your friend to contact Akismet (our anti-spam servicve) directly, filling out the form that will appear when she types “spam” in the text field, and choosing “I think Akismet is catching my comments by mistake” from the selections:
