Comment Issue – Forbidden Error 403

One of my followers is unable to leave a comment on my blog. Oddly, she has been able to leave comments in the past. When I looked her up on previous comments, her site now says “Forbidden Error 403.” I have not changed any settings that would cause this problem. Please help me resolve. Thanks!
